Together, we raised more than $35,000 over the last month — critical funding that we are putting to use right away to help fight for our democracy, for free speech and for press freedom.

We’re proud that Free Press doesn’t take a single penny from business, government or political parties. Our independence is our greatest strength — it’s what allows our team to call out billionaires, challenge Trump’s censors and push for bold media reforms without worrying about who we might offend.

But that independence is only possible thanks to the support of everyday people just like you. It’s not easy turning down the big checks, but we know that our independence gives us the MOST flexibility to take on the big battles ahead.
