Foxx Report

House Republicans took 2025 by the horns, and every step along the way we delivered victory after victory for hardworking Americans like you. It wasn’t just a good year; it was a great year. The strides we made together helped deliver upon President Trump’s priorities and the mandate that Republicans were given by the American people a little more than a year ago. As Chairwoman of the House Committee on Rules, I’m especially proud to have supported President Trump, as well as Speaker Johnson and the entire Republican Conference, by advancing many pieces of critical legislation across the finish line in the People’s House.

Now that we’ve entered 2026, it’s pertinent that we pause and reflect upon the progress that we’ve achieved in 2025. Let’s look at a quick snapshot. In 2025, House Republicans:

  • Passed 441 bills.
  • Voted to codify 70 of President Trump’s executive orders.
  • Safeguarded billions of taxpayer dollars that would have otherwise been wasted entirely.
  • Repealed nearly two dozen harmful regulations imposed by the Biden administration.
  • Protected American taxpayers from a pork-filled Christmas omnibus that became all too common under Democrat control.

And here’s an important thing to pay attention to: House Republicans are not the only ones talking about the victories we’ve secured – many leaders across the conservative movement as well as within our nation’s key industries are praising them as well. In addition, I highly encourage you to read Speaker Johnson’s recent op-ed in the Wall Street Journal that lays out the facts as to how House Republicans have made great strides in passing tax cuts for working families, helping businesses across our nation grow and thrive, and repealing harmful regulations that smother innovation and opportunity.

Despite the routine avalanche of mistruths and distractions coming from the mainstream media, we remain undeterred in our mission to advance commonsense policies that will make America great again. I’m very much looking forward to this year, and to keeping you updated on the issues that matter most.
