As we enter 2026, I'm hopeful. Yes, last year was painful. We're facing attacks on our freedoms and our access to essential, lifesaving care. I'm under no illusions about how dangerous this moment is.

And yet -- hope remains, because people like you keep showing up. Undaunted, undeterred, and unafraid. People just like you are volunteering, donating, advocating, and raising hell to make sure everyone, everywhere has the care they need. Thank you.

I'm so grateful to have you alongside us for whatever comes next. No matter what, we will not stop fighting for patients and providers across the country.
