Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg recently shared the news that she’s battling a recurrence of cancer. The 87 year old Supreme Court Justice is known to come out swinging during hearings. In a written statement, she said, “I have often said I would remain a member of the court as long as I can do the job full steam. I remain fully able to do that.”

Since Trump’s election, Justice Ginsburg has earned the reputation of being “the face of the Trump resistance,” according to CNN. Before the 2016 election, she told The New York Times, “I can’t imagine what this place would be -- I can’t imagine what the country would be -- with Donald Trump as our president.” Unfortunately for all of us, we have seen that reality play out over the last few years.

We wish Justice Ginsburg a speedy recovery. This November, we need to do right by her and vote Trump out of office.
