Donald Trump has nominated a conspiracy theorist as Surgeon General.

Casey Means, the nominee in question, is an “influencer” who built a brand promoting supplements and wellness products on Instagram.

She is an anti-vaxx quack whose policies will put seniors in danger. The Senate should reject her!

Tell your Senators: Reject Casey Means as Surgeon General!

A Surgeon General has the power to shape national health messaging; we cannot let Trump install one who has spent years undermining the very system she seeks to lead. Senators from both parties are expressing serious concern. This nomination is weak and on the ropes. Public pressure can finish it.

Means’s confirmation hearing was delayed because she went into labor just before it was scheduled to start. With the Senate returning for the new year, they could be taking the nomination back up any day now.
