Donald Trump just called the affordability crisis a "hoax."

→ Tell that to the families choosing between groceries and rent.
→ Tell that to the seniors splitting their pills in half because they can't afford refills.
→ Tell that to the single mom working two jobs and still can't afford daycare.

This isn't a hoax. It's the daily reality for millions of American families. And while Trump dismisses their very real struggles from his gilded office, hardworking people across this country are making impossible choices just to survive.

And John, Trump's extremist allies in the Senate aren't just denying the problem — they're actively making it worse. They're blocking every single piece of legislation that would help make life more affordable.

They look at struggling families and choose billionaires and big corporations every time. And then they have the audacity to call it a hoax when people cry out for help.

We can change this, John – but only if we win in November.

We need to unseat the extremists who are making things worse and driving costs up, but competing with the GOP and their billionaire donors won’t be easy. It will take all of us stepping up when we can. So please, if you can afford it, will you chip in $10 or $25 to help us flip the Senate and elect Democrats who will actually fight for the American people?
