This year is a milestone birthday for me and I hope you'll join me to celebrate. I'll reveal that special birthday number at the event as we toast the start of my third year in office.
As I begin this next year and prepare for my upcoming reelection campaign, I am reflecting on my years of service to Columbus and the important work ahead in 2026. Three recent accomplishments I am particularly proud of are launching a wildly successful training program for small nonprofits that gives them the tools they need to be sustainable, securing operating funds for the Fran Ryan Center enabling them to provide older adult and arts programming, and rebuilding the Veteran Affairs Committee creating opportunities for military veterans to feel appreciated and supported.
Upcoming highlights for this year include establishing more robust water quality monitoring in the Big Darby Watershed and collaborating with youth program providers on a strategy to have affordable, quality youth programming available across the city.
I am humbled and grateful that your past support has enabled me to get elected and serve the City of Columbus. Your continued support will enable me to continue this work and run for a second term.
