Folks, the GOP is trying to sabotage our health care system in the middle of a global pandemic. I’m honestly floored.
It’s pretty clear by now that instead of helping the people they were elected to represent, Washington Republicans only serve the highest bidder. And my opponent, Cory Gardner is no different.
Gardner has repeatedly ignored Coloradans, been with Trump 100% of the time, and even voted to gut the Affordable Care Act.
Ever since the Senate’s failed attempt to repeal the law, Gardner has spent more time apologizing to wealthy mega-donors for failing to appease them than he has coming up with real solutions to improve our health care system.
But here’s the thing: Republican donors are “furious” the ACA is still in place. They’re flooding Gardner’s campaign with contributions to demand he keep his promise to overturn the health care law. There’s no doubt in my mind that if given the chance, he will.
Anyone who would sell their responsibility to protect everyday families for a campaign check has no business representing us in the U.S. Senate.
That’s why I’m fighting as hard as I can to win this race and ensure Coloradans have an independent leader they can trust to do what’s right — all without taking a dime from corporate PACs or right-wing special interests.
