As the new year begins, I want to start with something simple and sincere: thank you.
Because of your support, Polaris continued to push for solutions that reach beyond any single system or sector. Together, we advanced work that brings unlikely partners to the table, follows the forces that enable exploitation, and centers the leadership and insight of people with lived experiences of human trafficking.
That approach matters. Ending trafficking requires more than awareness or isolated interventions. It demands collaboration across industries, accountability where money and power intersect, and survivor leadership guiding what real safety and freedom look like.
As we move into 2026, our vision is clear: We’re working to strengthen the connections that make prevention possible — aligning the constellation of care around survivors — while advancing strategies that disrupt exploitation before it starts and build durable change that lasts.
