As the numbers of infections and deaths from the COVID-19 pandemic continue to grow, the most vulnerable people in the United States and around the world are bearing the brunt of the economic and health crisis that we are currently experiencing. Congress must act boldly to help those most impacted by the pandemic.

We are calling on the Senate to immediately pass a COVID-19 relief bill that specifically:

• Addresses the growing hunger crisis by increasing international aid, including money to address hunger around the world, and increasing funding to fight hunger here at home.
• Protects workers and consumers by rejecting efforts to give corporations immunity when they put their employees and customers at risk.
• Protects the right to vote in the November elections by proving the necessary funding for states to increase access to mail-in and early voting to ensure a fair and safe election.
