As we prepare to ring in the new year, many of us are making resolutions to live healthier lives. For Eleanor, a participant in NCOA’s Stepping On class, this resolution has already become a reality for both her and her husband.

As she shared, “We want to thank you for the care and attention you’ve given us. We have both learned so much, and it is really making a difference—even our family and friends notice the change in us. We plan to keep on stepping on. You make the class fun and enjoyable, we love it.”

This is just one example of the impact you can make. Programs like Stepping On are more than falls prevention, they also help to restore independence, connection, and joy.

Today, your gift can help create more stories like Eleanor's —and it will go TWICE as far!

Thanks to NCOA’s Board, all gifts of $75 or more that are received by midnight will be matched dollar-for-dollar, doubling your impact on aging well.

Your gift today will not only promote health and falls prevention through programs like the one Eleanor and her husband completed but will also provide the tools and resources for older adults to receive food and benefits assistance, manage their health and chronic pain, and retire with financial security.

Join us by making your gift before midnight. Together, we can improve the lives of even more older adults in 2026.
