This year made one thing painfully clear: Americans cannot afford higher health care costs, and we cannot allow the reckless policies coming out of the new GOP majority to push families past the breaking point.

I’ve spent every week fighting for bipartisan solutions to bring down premiums, extend ACA tax credits, hold PBMs accountable, and stop the price hikes hitting working families.

But, all of that work becomes harder if the GOP megadonors succeed in painting us as vulnerable when our reports go public next week.

This is the first fundraising filing of 2026. Trump’s advisors, Senate Republicans, and outside groups will scrutinize every number to decide who they target.
