Dear American Patriots,

For more than 25 years, ITServe has helped engineer the systematic replacement of American workers with cheaper foreign labor, both inside the United States and offshore to India. The damage to the American workforce is real, ongoing and intentional. Left unchecked, this organization will continue shaping immigration policy to benefit foreign labor pipelines while Americans are pushed aside.

We are calling on every American who believes jobs in America should go to Americans, who is tired of watching careers offshored and wages undercut and who wants accountability for the harm already done. We ask you to help amplify World Net Daily’s investigation into ITServe. Report them—en masse—to regulators. Demand media coverage. Pressure elected officials. Force visibility until accountability happens.

This is not just about discrimination, visa fraud, FARA violations, tax fraud, false claims, unfair business practices, or SBA loan abuse, though evidence shows all of that. This is about sovereignty. ITServe has actively worked to weaken enforcement and rewrite policy in ways that guarantee their success while accelerating the destruction of the American middle class.

They are not a model immigrant success story. They are a model infiltration; dual-loyalty operators whose actions consistently benefit their motherland, not the United States. The reason some fraud stories get attention while others don’t is simple: certain schemes threaten political narratives, while others serve corporate greed. The labor trafficking embedded in our immigration system rarely gets called out, even when it devastates American families.

ITServe functions as a cartel. They openly protect their members, fight to preserve foreign-only hiring pipelines and present themselves as “American-run businesses” while their own documents show unwavering allegiance to India’s labor export model. Their actions speak louder than their branding.

So, we are asking our subscribers to stand with us and help take this system down in 2026. If 2,500 onshore-offshore labor trafficking companies are dismantled, Americans won’t just get relief, they’ll gain a blueprint to challenge every similar cartel operating in this country.

End the H-1B, OPT, CPT, L-1 and H-4 pipelines. End the onshore-offshore labor arbitrage model. Let American families thrive again.
