Hello John,
This year took AQE everywhere.
From Buffalo to the Shinnecock Nation, from Plattsburgh to New York City. To DC, Nashville, Chicago, New Jersey and Salt Lake City.
We organized rallies, advocacy days, teach-ins, and community healing events. We participated in funder convenings and statewide and national gatherings. We made endorsements and met with legislative leaders. |

We built power through deep community engagement, growth of skills for seasoned leaders and the development of new parent leaders, while advancing bold campaigns for education equity and child care for all.
And we still made time to celebrate, marking AQE’s 25th anniversary.
Together, we organized, advocated, healed, celebrated victories, held each other through setbacks and lifted up our leaders. Without a doubt 2025 was a year of movement, momentum, and impact.
