I want to be transparent with you about where things stand -- because the next few hours matter more than they might seem. Here are a few key points I want you to know:
  • After midnight, our year-end FEC report goes public. That filing will be closely watched by national Republicans and outside groups looking for their next target in 2026. The strength we show now helps determine how aggressively they come after this seat.

  • CA-49 remains one of the most competitive districts in the country. Political experts continue to say control of the House could come down to just a handful of races, and districts like ours could be right at the center of that fight.

  • Republicans are already laying the groundwork for attacks. Between outside money, misleading ads, and coordinated pressure campaigns, we know what’s coming, and we have to be ready to respond.

  • I still don’t take corporate PAC money. I’ve never believed in answering to special interests, and I’m not about to start now. That means this campaign is powered entirely by grassroots supporters who believe in what we’re fighting for.
