As the year comes to a close and we prepare to turn the page, I’ve been thinking about what this moment really means. This past year hasn’t been easy for so many families. But again and again, I’ve seen something powerful. 

People showing up for one another, refusing to give up, and believing that our communities deserve better than politics as usual. That's what gives me hope as we head into the new year.
