Team,
I’m so proud to announce that for the first time since 1974, Texas Democrats have a candidate running in every state and federal election in an attempt to go on the offensive and shrink Republican control in the Lone Star State.
If you want to be part of this history-making effort, we’re raising $26,000 more by the end of the year. We have a midnight deadline TONIGHT before all our fundraising totals go public. Getting these resources in the door in ‘25 is important because investing early will allow us to allocate resources, staff, and other support to drive candidate overperformance across Texas — and show the GOP that we’re ready for this fight.
If you’ve saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Here’s what your dollar will go towards and why I think it’s so important: Year-round, we invest in the infrastructure and tools that help Democratic candidates engage voters, communicate clearly, and secure victories across Texas.
We already have a runoff election happening in less than 30 days, where we have a real chance to flip a seat blue. The 2026 election season starts now.
This cycle is extra special because we will be active, mobilized, and fired up across all 254 counties. Your dollar will stretch all across the Lone Star State, including cities like yours: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/tdp_eoy2025#Washington
This is how we make sure Texans know Democrats aren’t just showing up during election season. We’re organizing year-round, every year. Rooted in our communities, and fighting for a fair shot for everyone.
I’m so proud of my organizing team and the county chairs who have already stepped up to lead us into victory next year. I also won’t sugarcoat it: we have a ton of work to do. I’m sure we can handle it, but we really need your help soon.
If you believe Texas is ready for leaders who reflect its people and will fight for our future, I hope you’ll chip in today and help us build the infrastructure we need to win — everywhere, all at once.
Onward!
— Katy
