Lauren Boebert is finally getting the retribution she richly deserves. 

Donald Trump issued his very first veto of his second term last night: a bipartisan bill sponsored by Boebert in the House to provide affordable clean drinking water to residents in rural Colorado who have contaminated groundwater.

Boebert was all-in on Trump’s divisiveness and vicious retaliation against Colorado when she thought it only affected liberals or cities like Denver, Colorado Springs, or Boulder.

But now that his petty rage and worsening dementia is hurting her largely rural and GOP-leaning constituency, Boebert is finally willing to say something. 

Too little, too late. 

Boebert cheered Trump when he ranted, falsely, about Tina Peters and demanded her release. 

She booed and heckled Biden at his State of the Union, hollering like a jackass to get herself headlines. 

And she gleefully rubber-stamped Trump’s billionaire-first agenda and punished millions of children and working families for being poor. 

Boebert deserves everything that is coming to her now that she has crossed Trump.

It’s our job to capitalize on the rift and pour salt in this wound. Without the backing of MAGA and Trump’s right-wing billionaire donors, Boebert is a sitting duck. Her fundraising has been utterly dismal and now she is completely defenseless against the barrage of attacks we are going to throw at her.
