Over the past couple of months, we’ve been sharing stories about how our organizers and members work together to build a better Alabama: Formeeca in southeast Alabama, Bernadette and Brian in southwest Alabama, Tamela and Angela in northeast Alabama, and Stan and Ruthie in the northwest.

They’ve shown us that when we come together, we can create the power needed to make policy changes that improve our lives. Government officials are making decisions that are eroding the well-being of Alabamians. And together with members like you, we’ve stood strong, held our legislators accountable, and continued to make substantial progress in Alabama, such as funding no-cost school breakfast and paid parental leave.

There’s so much more work to do. We must build our momentum as we head into the new year. Together, we will continue building a brighter future for every Alabamian.
