57,000 households in Gaza are led by women. Shouldering the responsibility of entire families, they are struggling to protect their loved ones from hunger, cold, and violence this winter.
Will you give the gift of hope this holiday season by making a gift to deliver lifesaving aid in Gaza and around the world? Your gift today will be 2X-matched to deliver even more care to the women and girls who need help most. [[link removed]?]

A mother feeding her children outside their tent at a displacement camp in Gaza.

“Everything is underwater. Why must this little child sleep in floodwater? I struggled so much just to get this tent, and now nothing protects us. Where will I live with my children now?” shared Sana , a mother in Gaza, with NBC News.

Last winter, heavy downpours and freezing winds took the lives of newborns, the elderly, and sick and starving women and girls. And this winter, flooding has already left women and children like Sana and her family in life-threatening situations.

The rain is spoiling already scant food supplies, putting malnourished pregnant women at imminent risk of life-threatening complications and starvation. Women and girls are reporting more infections from not having access to menstrual products, clean clothing, or water to bathe.

Your support today will go twice as far to reach women and girls in Gaza and crisis zones around the world with essential sexual and reproductive healthcare they need to stay safe this winter. Please, before temperatures drop further, will you make a gift? [[link removed]?]

Children sifting through the rubble in Gaza.

Your support leaves a glimmer of hope for women and girls in Gaza struggling to rebuild. Because of supporters like you, UNFPA has been able to reach 120,000 women and girls across Gaza since the ceasefire was announced.

This support includes:

* 22 health facilities , so more women can give birth with expert support.
* 36 Safe Spaces for women and girls to access counseling and recover from sexual violence.
* 9 youth centers where young people can partner with community leaders as neighborhoods are rebuilt.

But with continued violence and ongoing hunger, needs are growing and we must do everything we can to reach women and girls with lifesaving sexual and reproductive healthcare quickly.

Will you rush an emergency gift today and deliver double the lifesaving care and humanitarian aid in Gaza and wherever care is needed most this holiday season? [[link removed]?]

DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT [[link removed]?]

We welcome the ceasefire agreement, the release of all hostages by Hamas, and the delivery of lifesaving humanitarian aid in Gaza. We are hopeful that peace will prevail and that the suffering of women, girls, and families will end.

Thank you for being there.
