Dear Friend,
This is Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
I don’t write messages like this lightly. But when a good cop is railroaded by a broken justice system, I refuse to stay silent.
I’m asking you, please…read this carefully, and then do what your conscience tells you is right.
From the bottom of my heart, I’m asking you to consider what has happened to Officer Chris Taylor and what it means for his young family.
This isn’t just an update. It’s a warning—and a plea.
Chris Taylor has already been convicted for doing his job.
Let that sink in.
A police officer who followed his training, who acted to stop a knife-wielding suspect from harming innocent residents and fellow officers, has been found guilty by a system that is increasingly hostile to law enforcement.
Yes, Chris remains out on bond while awaiting the judge’s decision on his appeal of the two-year jail sentence — but his fight is far from over.
If this conviction stands, Chris could still lose everything:
his freedom, his career, his future, and his ability to provide for his wife Amy and their young children.
This case should terrify every law-abiding American.
Chris acted in defense of himself and others during a rapidly unfolding, life-or-death encounter. The suspect was armed. The threat was immediate. Chris did exactly what officers are trained to do to protect lives.
Yet instead of being supported, he was prosecuted, convicted, and turned into a political trophy by a system more interested in appeasing activists than upholding justice.
This prosecution didn’t happen by accident.
It was driven by a Soros-backed District Attorney who is determined to make examples out of police officers — even when their actions are justified.
Now Chris and his family are paying the price.
The legal bills are crushing.
The emotional toll is overwhelming.
And the appeal process is long, expensive, and unforgiving.
That’s why I’m asking for your help today.
Will you donate $20, $50, $100, or more to help fund Chris Taylor’s appeal and keep this good officer out of prison?
Your support right now could mean the difference between freedom and a lifetime behind bars for a man who served his community honorably.
This isn’t just about Chris Taylor.
If we allow this conviction to stand without a fight, we send a clear message to every police officer in America:
do your job, and you could be next.
I will not accept that.
And I hope you won’t either.
Please stand with me.
Stand with Chris.
Stand with every officer who puts on the badge knowing the system may abandon them.
Donate today to help Chris Taylor fight back.
Together, we can push back against this injustice — and show our officers they are not alone.
Sincerely,
Sheriff Joe Arpaio
Former Sheriff, Maricopa County
