Dear John,
In the throes of a contentious election season, it seems we are constantly bombarded with political advertisements from both sides, further polarizing our already deeply divided nation.
Amidst the current political unrest, it is tempting for many to disengage from the political process, especially for Christians. We are called to love our neighbor and point them to Christ, yet much of our current politics seems antithetical to that.
However, there is a clear biblical command that Christians are to be intimately involved in the political process. We are called to be salt and light, and part of that duty is engaging the culture.
FRC's Director of Christian Ethics and Biblical Worldview David Closson has recently updated his brochure titled "Biblical Principles for Political Engagement: Worldview, Issues, and Voting." In it you will find clear biblical guidance regarding Christians being involved in politics.

As we rapidly approach the November elections, we wanted to send this updated publication to you as a resource to share with those you know who are on the fence about getting involved.
Also, be sure to check out David's interview about his new brochure on Washington Watch with Tony Perkins.

As always, thank you for your partnership with FRC Action. May God bless you for your faithfulness.
Sincerely,
The FRC Action Team
