With Coronavirus hitting record highs nearly every day and Trump and the GOP failing to govern, here’s the latest from GOP Georgia Governor Brian Kemp:
NBC News reports that “The governor of Georgia has thrown a wrench into the drive to get people to don masks against COVID-19 by banning more than a dozen local governments in his state from mandating that they be worn in public.”
Kemp beat potential Vice Presidential pick Stacey Abrams in 2018 by less than 55,000 votes, and only because of GOP voter suppression tactics he himself instituted as Secretary of State to hand himself the governor’s mansion.
And now Stacey Abrams is standing up to Kemp again, saying he “continues to fiddle while Rome burns.”
