*LCB Seeks Feedback on Alcohol-Related Rulemaking: Contract Food Service for Breweries*

 

The Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) is asking for feedback on draft rules related to contracted food service for breweries as part of EHB 1602 [ [link removed] ] rulemaking. Feedback will help shape proposed rules the LCB Board will be asked to approve for the CR-102 filing.

 

Deadline for feedback: *Friday, Jan. 22, 2026* (11:59 p.m.) Draft rules are available on the LCB website using the links below. Please email your feedback to [email protected].
