2026 is going to be a huge year for reproductive health and rights.

Last year, the Trump administration and its backers passed a law to "defund" Planned Parenthood health centers. Because of them, more than a million Planned Parenthood patients are blocked from using their Medicaid insurance to get STI testing, birth control, and other essential care at Planned Parenthood health centers.

Most of these patients have nowhere else to go. By "defunding" Planned Parenthood, President Trump has put as many as 200 health centers at risk of closing for good. Patients would not only lose their trusted provider, they may lose the only provider of sexual and reproductive health care in their area.

In 2026, we need to rally together to protect our rights — in Congress, in our communities, and all across the country.
