That's what you funded this year:
Through Summer of Dreams and our Organizing Academy, we trained hundreds of young leaders in how to identify targets, build coalitions, and run effective campaigns. Our East Coast and West Coast membership gatherings brought undocumented young people together to share tactics and build the relationships that turn isolated local efforts into coordinated national power.
At our National Power Building Retreat in Arizona, we used a train-the-trainer model to multiply our capacity — every person trained there became a trainer in their home community. The DMV Power Building Retreat strengthened organizing in one of our most critical regions, while Digital Congress connected thousands virtually to strategize across the country.
This is how organizing power gets built: through the diligent process of training organizers, building relationships, and creating the infrastructure that allows us to act swiftly when needed.
