Leadership is influence - have you ever heard this saying before? Leadership expert John Maxwell says this a lot, and it is certainly true at the Texas Capitol and in local government and other situations when the truth matters and having someone looking out for your values matters. At Texas Values Action, we use that "influence" every day at the Texas Legislative session and at city council and school board meetings by testifying at hearings, talking directly to elected officials and staff and "lobbying" for our values, providing key analysis and guidance on court cases and legal matters, finding people who have personal connections to our issues and making sure they can tell their stories to elected officials. And so much more. We specialize in "influencing" key votes so that faith, family and freedom are always the result! In 2026, the Texas Primary (March 2026) and General Elections (November 2026) will be a major focus as we have two ways that we give information to Texas Voters: (1) our iVoterGuide/Free Voters Guide website and resource for information and ratings for candidates, and (2) our Texas Values Action endorsements. Our Free Voters Guide website (powered by iVoterGuide) is the most widely used website in Texas!!
