George W. Bush Presidential Center
Dear John,
As we reach the end of 2025, all of us at the Bush Center are reflecting with gratitude on a year defined by service, leadership, and impact. Thanks to friends like you, we continue to advance the work that is so meaningful to President and Mrs. Bush. With that, I would like to share some of our measurable results:
* 10 million+ cervical screenings by the Go Further partnership for women living with HIV in Africa since inception
* Over $1 million awarded in library grants to 220 schools across America in 2025 to update and diversify their book and print collections through the Laura Bush Foundation for America's Libraries
* 12 governors and a bipartisan group of representatives from 28 states participated in the Bush Institute’s Governor’s Forum on Reading
* 25+ public programming events, including Engage at the Bush Center, presented by NexPoint in 2025
* 597 Presidential Leadership Scholar Program Alumni since inception
* 280 Veteran Leadership Program alumni since inception
* 1,345 veterans and their family members utilized Check-In as a way to get connected to no-cost care in 2025
* 80,000 visits to the Bush Museum throughout the year and over 2.1 million since we opened our doors
