John: Here at Stelson HQ, we're racing against the clock to raise $30k for Janelle Stelson's bid for Congress before tomorrow at midnight. And the fact of the matter is, we're 12% behind where we should be right now. We're a little stressed!

But we'll be real with you for a second: We know you're getting a lot of emails asking for money this week from a lot of different candidates and politicians. So we wanted to take just a minute to explain why this deadline actually matters.

So what are the stakes?
Earlier this month, Janelle's opponent, Scott Perry, forced ACA tax credits to expire, meaning health insurance premiums are skyrocketing for almost everyone. His destructive tariffs are driving up the cost of nearly every necessity. And, he championed the most devastating cuts to Medicare and food assistance in our nation's history… all to add trillions to the deficit and give away tax breaks to the ultra-rich. PA-10 deserves better. Period.

Why does this deadline matter?
This deadline is a big deal because it's the last fundraising push before the on-year – the year that we're going to beat Scott Perry, flip PA-10 blue, and take back the House. It's also an FEC deadline, which means that after midnight tomorrow, the amount of money we raised will go PUBLIC. If national Republican and dark money groups think Janelle looks vulnerable, they're going to give Scott Perry even more of their dirty dollars! We can't let that happen. [[link removed]]
