As we approach the end of 2025, I want to offer you a personal word of thanks.

I’m incredibly proud of the work we did here at Inequality Media in 2025. Our videos got over 250 million views, we surpassed 11 million total followers across social media, and people who saw our videos moved in our direction on key issues by as much as 13 points.

The team deserves tremendous credit for continuing to design content that breaks through the overwhelming flood of posts, videos, ads, and AI-generated material of today’s online environment.

And there’s no sugarcoating it. This is the most authoritarian, corrupt, and downright cruel America I’ve ever lived in, and 2025 has been one long, unrelenting attack on democracy, the rule of law, and virtually everything you and I care so deeply about.

The silver lining has been seeing the great sleeping giant of the American people rising up against Trump’s authoritarianism.

There are signs all around that Donald Trump is losing his grip on power. The American people have had enough. But Trump will do anything to stay in power, and I sincerely believe 2026 is the year we’ll either turn the tide against MAGA for good — or see American democracy drift into darkness.
