Hi friends,
It’s hard to believe we’re just a day away from closing out 2025. I don’t know about you, but this year has felt both incredibly long and impossibly fast. Like it’s been a decade, but also three weeks.
As I look back, one thing is certain: I’m filled with gratitude.
Over the past year, I’ve met so many people across this great state. I’m thankful for every single conversation – for every person who shared their hopes, their worries, and their stories with me.
I carry those conversations with me every day. They’re shaping the kind of grassroots campaign we’re building and, if I have the honor, the kind of senator I’ll be: rooted in service, focused on real solutions, and powered by people, not megadonors.
But I need to be honest with you: 2026 is going to be a battle.
Michigan’s open Senate seat will be one of the most competitive and expensive races in the country. It will likely determine who controls the U.S. Senate.
And with stakes this high, we know what’s coming: MAGA megadonors are already lining up to spend tens of millions to flip this seat red and install Donald Trump’s yes-man, Mike Rogers, in the Senate.
That’s why this moment, and the next 24 hours, matters so much.
Tomorrow night is our final FEC fundraising deadline of the year. And it’s our most important one yet. Because once the clock strikes midnight – this race kicks into high gear.
What we raise right now will be shared publicly and determine how strong we are when the first attack ads hit the airwaves, when the debates begin, and when the national media really starts paying attention.
All our numbers will be analyzed. And the strength of this team, especially the people who’ve stood with me from the start, will set the tone for the fight ahead.
That’s why I’m asking: If you’re in a position to give – even just a few dollars – it would mean the world to me and our team. Your support before this critical deadline will help us close the books strong, power our organizing operation, and show the GOP that Michigan’s Senate seat isn’t for sale.
