Progressives in our legislature want to advance a constitutional amendment in 2026 that protects the self-identification of "gender" into our state constitution. If passed, girls will have their athletic opportunities stolen from them by boys. Moreover, public institutions will be required to ignore biological differences between males and females--effectively erasing women's private spaces.
