Friends,
Are you having trouble keeping up with climate news? You're not alone.
There's just.. So. Much. Happening. The fires in the Amazon
rainforest, the DNC's sad, pitiful (and enraging!) struggle over
hosting a climate debate, Democratic candidates presenting climate
plans, Trump snubbing a G7 climate meeting... it's beyond
overwhelming.
And yet, we're meeting this challenge. You'll be astounded by
the sheer number of people taking action and the many opportunities
for you to tap in. See below for so many options: Watch a
movie, join a protest, or go to a 350 Mass node meeting.
It's an overwhelming world, but nothing's more inspiring than the
overwhelming people power of the climate movement. Come see for
yourself.
In solidarity,
Rosemary Mosco

Charlie's Climate Catastrophe Tour
The week after Sep 20's Global Climate Strike, we're taking our Gov.
Charlie Baker puppet on tour to all the gas leaks, compressor
stations, and train stations that he's never visited.
Host a stop on the tour! Charlie Baker is a climate
failure. We need your help to expose him. Host an event in your
community—a
movie screening about the Merrimack Valley gas explosions, a rally
near the biggest gas leak in town, or something else. Create your event here and we'll help you do outreach.
Contact [email protected] with any
questions!
Charlie's Trip to Weymouth: We're kicking off
Charlie's Climate Catastrophe Tour with a march to a place where
Baker's never been. Join us as we take our Charlie
Baker puppet from the State House to the proposed site of the
dangerous compressor station in Weymouth! RSVP here. Interested in planning? Sign up here. Sun, Sep 22.
