Hi John,

What a year. With the End of Year deadline upon us – by far the most important deadline we’ve ever faced – I wanted to humbly ask for your support at this link. But I also wanted to take a moment to reflect on just how far we have come.

We set out at the beginning of this year to Newsom-Proof California, and we have already succeeded beyond anyone’s expectations. This was only possible because of you – our movement of California citizens has put sanity for the Golden State at the center of the national agenda.

If you only have a moment, here is the donation link. But below are where things stand with each of the 10 pillars of our Newsom-Proofing plan:

Eliminating EV Mandates: My Resolution to officially overturn Newsom's gas-car ban passed the House and Senate, and was signed into law by President Trump.

Killing High-Speed Rail: After I introduced legislation to cut off all federal funding, and joined Secretary Duffy to launch a full investigation, we cut off all funding and clawed back billions.

Barring Illegal Healthcare: By applying pressure at the federal level, we forced Newsom to abandon his disastrous policy of free Medi-Cal for illegal immigrants.

Making Crime Illegal Again: We overwhelmingly defeated Newsom in qualifying Prop. 36 for the ballot and winning the election in a landslide.

Removing Homeless Encampments: Following our victory over Newsom at the Supreme Court, California cities are finally able to clear homeless encampments from parks and streets.

Preventing Water Waste: We not only forced Newsom to end the "drought emergency" amid record rainfall, but we secured $1 billion for water storage projects in addition to hundreds of millions for Site Reservoir.

Taming Election Chaos: After we exposed the mess of California's voter rolls, DOJ filed a lawsuit to clean them up. We also passed the SAVE Act through the House and are working on landmark legislation to establish Voter ID nationwide.

Stopping Catastrophic Fires: We passed a bill I sponsored, Fix Our Forests, through the House to improve forest management. We also launched a Judiciary Committee investigation into the $100 million "FireAid" concert.

Ending the Sanctuary State: In addition to helping pass major new funding for border security, we introduced the No Tax Dollars for Riots Act to strip federal funding from nonprofits like CHIRLA that organize riots.

Reversing Educational Decline: As Chairman of the K-12 Education Subcommittee, we helped pass the most significant school choice legislation in modern history; led the fight against Newsom’s men in women’s sports policy; and passed the PROTECT Our Kids Act.

I need your help to build on these successes. You can donate here for our End-of-Year Deadline.

In addition to the original 10 Newsom-Proofing pillars, we have advanced several others:

Securing Tax Relief: For the first time in a long time, Californians will get tax relief this coming year, thanks to provisions we helped negotiate that will disproportionately benefit our residents.

Advancing Free Speech: In addition to exposing Newsom’s specific attacks on free speech, which were overturned in court, we played a major role in the Judiciary Committee investigations that have caused the tech platforms to end censorship policies.

Defending the Right to Earn a Living: We passed the Modern Worker Empowerment Act through committee to protect independent contractors from a nationalization of Newsom’s abhorrent AB 5 law.

Fighting Fraud: Most recently, we have exposed Newsom’s California as the Fraud Capital of America and helped advance several anti-fraud federal actions, including with the EDD, community colleges, and homelessness.

Protecting Parents’ Rights: Shortly after we held a hearing exposing Newsom’s insane policy of making schools keep secrets from parents, a federal court struck the policy down.

Without a doubt, 2025 was a landmark year for our movement to restore sanity in California. Everything we have been fighting for is starting to come to fruition. And yet, we are also facing our biggest challenge yet.

I need your help to make sure this is not the end of the road. Please consider a donation in whatever amount you can for the end of the year.

None of this would be possible without you. I am so grateful for the support you have given me, and am looking ahead to 2026 with a sense of hope and resolve.

Thank you!
Kevin

p.s. This End of Year Deadline is the most consequential we have ever faced. You can make a Year’s End donation at this link.
