Year-end Goal: $2 Million. We need you with us to protect all of our rights. <[link removed]>

ACLU Supporter, the ACLU came into this year clear-eyed about the challenges we'd face: Mass deportation. Attacks on trans people. Censorship. Abuse of power.

But we also brought over 105 years of experience defending civil liberties, a battle-tested playbook to win, and a fired-up team of card-carrying members ready to help us turn plans into action.

Thanks to supporters like you, our teams could act immediately. We filed our first lawsuit on the very same day President Trump took office and have taken over 200 legal actions since then – over 60% of which have already succeeded at defeating, diluting, or delaying the administration's anti-liberty agenda.

We need you with us more than ever, so please, will you donate now to help reach our $2 million goal by 12/31 and fuel the fight of our lifetime? <[link removed]>

Because truthfully, it takes a lot of time and resources for our staff attorneys to keep fighting on all fronts. The ACLU is only as strong as our members, and any amount you're able to give makes a powerful impact:

* 40 donations of $25 can help physically get our lawyers to the courthouse.

* 100 donations of $50 can help our teams file more Freedom of Information Act requests to uncover government abuses.

* 100 donations of $100 can train people across the country to know and exercise their rights.

Can I count on you to make your generous gift today before 2025 ends to fuel our critical work into 2026 and beyond? Your year-end gift will ensure we can keep fighting – and winning – when our country needs it most. <[link removed]>

I am proud of what we have accomplished together this year and invigorated to keep it going for years to come. As long as we, the people, keep resisting, I have hope that our democracy can confront any challenge.

Thank you for all you do,
