The President already lost at the Supreme Court when he tried to sabotage the 2020 Census count. Now, he’s making yet another illegal and flawed attempt to not include undocumented people in the headcount for congressional districts:

At this point, is anyone surprised that President Trump has yet another illegal proposal? His disregard for the Constitution reaps real consequences: 
 
At stake in the census is trillions of dollars for our schools, emergency services, and even our representation in Congress and the electoral college. We cannot afford an undercount, but President Trump keeps using the census as a partisan toy to propel his own self-interests.
 
For the entire history of our nation, all people have been counted in the census. We’ll do what we must to stop this latest attack, but team, right now we need you with us. Can you add your name to our new petition?
