I hope you are having a peaceful holiday season celebrating with family and loved ones. It is a profound honor to serve our district and work alongside each and every one of you to build a brighter future for all Minnesotans.
This week marks Kwanzaa for those who celebrate. Some of the principles reflected during this holiday focus on unity and community; I hope we can all find meaning in those values as we head into the new year working together.
In my recent newsletter, I shared with you that my office was working to set up a community office time for us to connect, I'm happy to share we’ve finalized details. As your State Representative, there is nothing I value more than being present in our community and listening to the voices of the people I get the honor to serve.
With the upcoming legislative session starting in February, we have a lot to discuss. Between the challenges of this past year and the need to strengthen state laws to protect all Minnesotans, your input is more important than ever. I want to hear what matters most to you and how I can best advocate for our district at the Capitol.
