*CHEYENNE, Wyo. - Dec. 29, 2025* -United States and Wyoming flags will remain at half staff statewide until dusk, January 5, 2026, following the interment of former Superintendent of Public Instruction Judy Catchpole. 

Flags will be placed at full staff at dawn, January 6, 2026.
