Dear Friend ,
When I first ran for office, I never imagined we would have this sort of impact. With a federal administration trafficking in cruelty, incompetence, and self-dealing, it matters more than ever who represents you in state government. Here are but a few examples of how our optimistic & collaborative leadership is making a difference for Cape Codders and Islanders.
Recent Wins:
Voters passed Fair Share at the ballot, and we funded free community college and boosted public transit. Cape Cod Community College saw the highest enrollment increase in the state and RTA buses are now fare-free across Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket.
The Cape Cod & Islands Water Protection Fund is a resounding success, saving local taxpayers $306 million (and counting) while jumpstarting sewer projects to clean up our waterways.
I authored the Mental Health ABC Act, among the nation’s strongest mental health parity laws, and I wrote the plan for a record $192 million investment in our behavioral health workforce.
I am an unabashed champion for LGBTQ+ equity. I ensured we passed the Mass Parentage Act, protected access to gender affirming care and HIV prevention, and fortified our Shield Law.
I’ve led relentlessly on the housing crisis. A new seasonal communities law now allows our towns to dramatically expand year-round housing, and the Senate President has tasked me with presenting a bold housing bill for the Senate to take up in the new year.
Challenges on the Horizon:
We never rest on our laurels. 2026 is an election year and it’s likely I will face a Republican opponent once again. Your ongoing generous support means we can sustain the robust, grassroots-led organization that has propelled us to victory in every election.
Please make a contribution before the end of the year. Campaign finance rules limit political giving annually, so it’s a reality of running for public office that I need to raise money each and every year. Every amount helps.

Thank you for your continued belief in me. It is the honor of my life to serve the Cape & Islands. I remain unwavering in my commitment to working hard for you, no matter the headwinds.
Wishing you a bright holiday season and peace in the new year.
With gratitude,
Julian
