In 2026, America will celebrate 250 years since its founding. To mark this important historical moment, ISI has launched the America 500 Campaign to cast a vision for the next 250 years of American greatness. This campaign both honors the Founders’ courage and prepares the next generation to steward their inheritance. 

Our main fundraising effort, the America 500 Education Fund, has a goal of raising $25 million. These funds will help ISI reach more students through educational media, strengthen our academic programs, and grow our institutional capacity.

​​​This work allows ISI to teach students essential concepts for liberty, virtuous leadership, and the Western tradition.



One of the most important parts of ISI’s work is our in-person Forums. In these small group discussions, up to 15 students gather with a professor to wrestle with enduring questions of political philosophy, the American experience, economic freedom, culture, and human dignity. Forums give students a place to think deeply, ask questions, inspire virtue, and grow as leaders in a campus culture that often discourages serious thought.
