John,
2025 tested all of us. Trump returned to power. Attacks on women,
democracy, and bodily freedom escalated fast. The message from those in
charge was clear. Stay home. Stay quiet.
We did the opposite.
On day one, we refused to wait for permission to fight for our future. We
organized the People’s March, the first national mass mobilization of this
era and the largest protest in Washington, DC in 2025. More than 125,000
people filled the streets in DC, with over 500 actions nationwide. We
showed the country that organized resistance was alive.
Then we kept going. Together, we executed 2,456 actions and mobilized more
than 2.28 million feminists in 2025. We recruited and trained nearly 3,000
organizers and volunteers. We moved fast, responded in real time, and
acted at scale.
We built a national digital defense network, launched the Women’s March
app, launched an initiative to organize feminists in rural America, and
strengthened more than 200 partnerships with real investment in frontline
work.
Every action Women’s March takes starts with you. We build this together.
We are accountable to you, and we are all accountable to democracy, and to
a feminist future. We wish this political moment were different, but there
is no one else we would choose to build the future with.
