Hi there,
We hope you’ve had a chance to catch your breath after the holidays. Even though the holidays can be hectic, we still try to sneak in a moment to look back on the year and remind ourselves of the things we’re grateful for.
At the top of that list is this INCREDIBLE Special Olympics community. As we head into the final days of 2025, we wanted to reach out with a simple thank you for standing with athletes with intellectual disabilities (ID) and their families all year long.
Your support gives athletes the chance to grow, try new things, and be proud of who they are. That’s the spirit we see every time we’re with this community, and it’s the spirit we are carrying into the new year! Please consider making a year-end donation that will be 3X matched by the Founding Partner of Special Olympics, The Coca-Cola Company. Make 3X the difference for these extraordinary athletes.

This year was a busy and blessed one! Katherine hosted Special Olympics on her podcast, BDA Baby, to talk about young athlete development. And we were both lucky enough to host Special Olympics athletes at two of Chris’ movie premieres! They stepped onto that red carpet the way they step onto the field: confident, proud, and ready for whatever comes next!
That confidence is shaped every day through Special Olympics, and it showed! After walking the red carpet, Alana (who you see in the picture above) told us that she “felt like a celebrity.” That unforgettable moment was hers to enjoy.
Sharing these moments with athletes always pulls us back to our roots. Katherine grew up watching her grandmother, Eunice Kennedy Shriver, pour her love, energy, and determination into Special Olympics. Eunice believed in creating spaces where people with ID were valued, included, and loved – a belief that shapes how we raise our own family today.
And the really beautiful thing, is that Eunice’s legacy doesn’t just belong to us. It belongs to you, too. If you’re reading this, it’s because you’ve already chosen to stand with athletes. Your support helps athletes reach their full potential, and a donation before 2025 ends helps carry this legacy of inclusion forward. Donate now to see your impact TRIPLED and change more lives for the better >>>

It means so much to know you care about this community as much as we do. Thank you for supporting Special Olympics, and here’s to a happy, healthy 2026!
