For the third time in the last four months, Democrat Joe Biden in June reported more than $1 million in donations ([link removed]) from Virginia residents. Biden continues to outpace Republican President Trump. But Biden's lead may not be as large as it appears because of a lag in donations to Trump through a joint campaign account.
