When Jordan first met with a POV counselor, they were terrified to speak. Years of abuse had eroded their confidence and trust. Through trauma-informed counseling, Jordan learned grounding techniques, began to reconnect with their body, and slowly rediscovered hope.
Months later, they joined a POV support group, started a new job, and celebrated a birthday surrounded by friends — a milestone they once doubted they’d reach.
