The D.C. pundits LOVE saying an Independent can’t win in South Dakota. Heck, they love saying an Independent can’t win, generally. They said the same thing about my friend Dan Osborn last year.

They are wrong, and we have the data to prove it.

Our latest polling shows a path to victory for our campaign: When voters hear my story as a JAG officer and Park Ranger, I lead Mike Rounds 42% to 39%.

That 3-point lead is the reason we are setting a $20,000 goal for the end of the year. If we show the national political world that we can hit our targets without a single cent of corporate PAC money, the "viability" conversation changes overnight.
