Hey John, it’s Frank’s Finance Director, Quintin. I’ll keep this quick.
In just a few short days, we’ll file our first public FEC report since Indiana rejected Donald Trump’s attempt to gerrymander our maps. Now that redistricting is off the table, the GOP already has challengers lining up to try to defeat Frank and flip this seat.
Republicans, their strategists, and outside groups will be watching closely to see what we raise, and what it says about the strength of this campaign.
If we come up short, they’ll see it as a green light to unleash millions in outside spending against us.
We’ve been here before. Last time, it took an extraordinary surge of grassroots support to pull off a win. If we’re going to do it again, we have to show strength now, before the GOP has a chance to define this race on their terms.
