It's been a historic year fighting for reproductive rights in America, and we want to take stock. Since he first took office, Donald Trump has been ruthlessly gutting access to often life-saving care on a national scale:

Veterans Affairs rolled back abortion access, eliminating existing protections for rape, incest, and serious health risks.

Congress slashed $500 million from the U.S. global reproductive health budget.

Senate Republicans attacked access to medication abortion, spreading misinformation and trying to block approval for a second generic version of the drug.

The administration rolled back protections for pregnant patients in crisis, opening the door for hospitals to deny life-saving care.

And Republicans in the Senate continued to pack the courts with anti-abortion extremists at every turn.

As co-chair of the House Reproductive Free Caucus, Diana understands that it shouldn't matter where you live or how much money you make — you should have access to reproductive health care, including abortion care. We are living in a hostile environment for reproductive rights. It's crucial we flip the House blue in 2026 to put lawmakers who believe in science and reproductive freedom back in the driver's seat.
