[2x Match: Annual Donors Needed [Donate Today]] ([link removed])

Don’t let birds disappear. Make 2X the impact before midnight. ([link removed])
The Least Tern is often seen flying low over the water, with quick deep wingbeats and shrill cries. But this tiny seabird is at their tipping point: According to the latest State of the Birds report, they have lost more than 50% of their populations within the past 50 years. Their populations are threatened in many places due to human disturbances at nesting sites, particularly increased competition for beach space. They’re now one of 37 Orange Alert Tipping Point species—meaning they've experienced long-term population losses and accelerated declines within the past decade.

For vulnerable birds like the Least Tern, what matters most is what people like you—people who care about birds and are ready to help—do next. When you start an annual donation now, your first gift could be matched up to $500,000 to help bring birds back. Please make your annual gift today while it could do 2X the good for the birds you love. ([link removed])

With 120 years of expertise on our side, we know what it takes to protect beloved species like the Least Tern. Using our proven combination of committed advocacy, empowering education, and expert on-the-ground conservation—all guided by research and grounded in our shared love for birds—we’ve been able to help many bird populations recover. It comes down to this: Where we work—and when you help—birds are better off. But with so much at stake, we can and must do more while there’s still time.

Please start your annual gift while it could be matched 2X thanks to a generous group of donors. We need just 73 more donors by midnight to stay on pace for our year-end goal! ([link removed])
Sincerely,

National Audubon Society
