As we head into the final two days of the year, we wanted to share a quick update on where things stand.

First, the good news.

This campaign has built real momentum over the past year. George flipped a Republican-held seat, got to work in Congress delivering for CA-27, and is heading into the midterm year with a strong grassroots base behind him. Even with major changes to the district after Proposition 50, our team has been preparing early to reach new voters and keep this seat blue.

Now for the bad news.

That momentum has put a target on George’s back. National Republicans are already zeroing in on CA-27 with outside spending and attacks. With the House majority once again up for grabs, competitive districts like ours will be at the center of the fight.

Here’s the bottom line.

We are just days away from our final FEC deadline of the year. What we report on December 31 will be a clear signal of this campaign’s strength heading into the new year, and we cannot afford to fall short. If you’re able, will you chip in $3 before the deadline to help us finish the year strong and keep CA-27 blue?
