Dear John,
As families return to find their homes reduced to rubble across Gaza, a feminist organization we support is on the ground providing lifesaving relief to women, children, and people with disabilities impacted by the genocide. They're delivering what communities need most to make it through each day: winter clothes to ward off the cold, hygiene supplies, food parcels, emergency cash, and critical psychological support. When humanitarian aid is blocked or falls short, they step in—because feminists are consistently among the first responders in any crisis, and they respond with care and dignity at the center of everything they do.
Over the past two years, we’ve awarded over 65 grants, totaling over $440,000, to frontline feminist movements in Palestine and the diaspora who are working to address the impacts of genocide and displacement. Through our rapid response grants, we’ve supported queer and trans youth, journalists, environmental and disability justice activists, refugees, and other feminist activists, providing essential support and services for their communities and advocating for a lasting and just peace.
